Congrats to Darren Rowse of Problogger for winning the 2006 Best Web Development Weblog Bloggie!
When I created a really quick design in a few hours for Darren last year, I had no idea how infuential the site would become. I’ve been teasing gently suggesting for a while that I should redesign it for him after it became so popular. The design has been ripped off a few times, so I guess that’s a form of flattery.
Anyways, Darren deserves this success after all the hard work he puts into blogging. He works incredibly hard and the success he’s enjoying with his blogs is not luck at all.
Richard found the bloggies a bit boring, apart from Darren’s blog. He did find it strange Problogger won the Best Web Development Award, “Weblogs completely about Web design and development.”

I found Problogger because of a link from here. That means, you where talking about it. Its a Blog where anyone can learn something. I think it most be great form him to win a prize like that.
