I don’t understand… I see the headline, but no content follows…
Is it simply a question, or was something supposed to follow the title?

Well, to answer the question, yes, yes I do. And in fact the parking lot of my office is across a three-lane one-way street and almost every day I think of the Seinfeld episode where George moves the Frogger across the three-lane one-way street.
