Trendylicious

October 13, 2006

Congratulations to Dan Kerzner and his team of writers for their new lifestyle site, Trendylicious, getting major coverage on CNN and CNBC in India. I can’t take any credit for the gorgeous design or artwork but I’ve had the pleasure of helping work with Dan on this site for young women in India.

It’s been a fascinating glimpse into the online scene in India, where very few have broadband and email newsletters (like the ones Trendlyicious puts out) are popular.

Go check out the site and read the article.

  1. The question is do starving people from India really care about “what’s hot”???? No, please don’t tell me about the half-dozen people there with disposable income! Get real!!! What kind of stupid idea is this anyway????

  2. LOL Michael! Which world are you living in man. Kindly get out of your hole, pick up any business magazine in your country and count the number of times India features…and while at it, do read the articles too! You might be disturbingly surprised at the disposable incomed population figure! Trendy happens to be a good site with great visuals (congrats to Dan and Rachel). Sure there are still poor people around…but please, get the facts right before you start pitying us!
