Elevation Northcote is a new building development comprising approximately 180 apartments on Auckland’s North Shore. A new website was created to provide prospective owners with information and to generate sales leads via form submissions, phone calls, and email inquiries.
The target audience is first-home buyers, investors, and some downsizers with a budget of ~$650K to ~$1m. Some apartments are KiwiBuild.
The website was designed with an elegant, modern, and inviting look. It is light, organised, easy to navigate, fast-loading, and provide a highly user-friendly experience on all devices (i.e. mobile-first/responsive design) and modern browsers.
The site focused on establishing what Google refers to as E-A-T signals (Expertise, Authority, and Trust), and compliance with Google’s latest standards. The primary call to action is for prospects to get in touch after easily finding apartments appropriate to their needs.
The site is easy for the marketing team to update and expand over time, fully utilising WordPress’ new visual drag-and-drop editor functionality. Particular emphasis will be placed on search engine optimisation through lightweight code, minimal plugin usage, meta descriptions and titles, image names, and site speed. The site is integrated with HubSpot marketing and CRM.
