Forthcoming cookbook author Tina Ciccia launched a new food blog called Our Edible Italy to build an engaged audience. The blog shares her passion for Campania life, local recipes, local food artisans, local food establishments and slow food stories.

The site feels light, simple, modern, fun, colorful, homey, rich in history, soothing, visually stimulating, pretty, lots of white space, not too wide, Southern Italian and authentic/real.
