Each project is done completely from scratch in close consultation with you and is not a generic pre-built template. Our WordPress themes are not re-sold to other clients.
Our package pricing is from $4000US (or $5000NZ+GST for New Zealanders). We offer a very personalized and tailored service.

Our logo design package is $1000US (or $1250NZ+GST for New Zealanders) and this includes up to three different concepts with unlimited revisions. We provide you with a package of files at the end in different formats, sizes and versions (e.g. favicon, black and white, color, CMYK for print and RGB for web). We also provide you with editable source files.

If you wish to develop your site in a content management system other than WordPress, we can supply you source design files and/or HTML coded templates for your developer to use.
We can also freshen up your current website by adding new design elements.

If you already have your design sorted but are looking for a WordPress developer to build the site, we can handle this for you. You supply us all the finalized design files (Photoshop or Fireworks) and design notes about how the site should function. We’ll review them, clarify anything we need more explanation or details on and then we can provide you with a estimate of time to do the build.
Estimated time to do the build will depend on the complexity of the design, number of different templates and functionality required. For example, one site we recently quoted for had an expected build time of up to 12 hours work (4 simple templates), another was 20-30 hours work (12 more complex templates). Our hourly rate is $100US (or $125NZ+GST for New Zealanders).

After you’ve been running your site for a while, you might be in need of one or more of the following:
- Migration – we have moved websites over to WordPress from Typepad, Blogger, MovableType, Drupal, Squarespace and custom content management systems. Old links can be redirected to the new ones. If you’re using a custom domain name in Blogger or Typepad, links can be redirected properly retaining all SEO benefits. If you’re not using a custom domain name, you can still redirect visitors with a meta refresh – this isn’t the ideal for SEO purposes, but the only option available in that scenario.
- Upgrades – WordPress and its plugin authors regularly release security and feature updates. If you would like us to handle the WordPress and plugin upgrades monthly (if required), our hourly rate applies and we only bill for time spent, rather than complete hours. It normally takes us under 20 minutes a time in terms of logging in, backing up everything, upgrading WordPress, upgrading the plugins and checking everything is working ok (assuming that it is). On a rare occasion, an upgrade of WordPress or its plugins causes a problem which increases the time required.
- Bug fixing

Things we don’t do
We like to focus on our strengths and collaborate with others as required for things we don’t specialize in.
We don’t write or heavily rewrite all your content for you. If you need this service, we recommend talking to Dianna Huff.
We don’t build sites with framework themes such as Thesis or Genesis. The upside of these themes are that they are constructed in such a way as to allow virtually any design to be implemented with them. However, that is also their downside – we prefer to a build a website that is lightweight and completely tailored to your needs, rather than taking an existing product with a lot of unused functionality and trying to bend it into a shape that you want. We don’t work with BuddyPress or specialized membership plugins.
We don’t build custom eCommerce/shopping websites. While there are several plugins around which provide an eCommerce solution for WordPress, we prefer to leave any such functionality to third party solutions that are specifically built for such purposes such as Shopify, Volusion and Magento.
We don’t do video/audio editing or Flash development.
