How do you get my recipes?
We work from a recipe export from your site and a shared document for meal plans. We will walk you through the simplest way to get us your content when you get started.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive PDFs, optimized for home printing on US Letter and/or A4.
Can you match my brand fonts?
Yes, we can match your branding as part of the Custom Style add-on. However, we highly recommend our default font stack. Our defaults are specifically engineered for the kitchen: they are high-contrast for easy reading and support true fractions, giving your pages a professional, high-end editorial look.
What is included in the trial month?
The trial month is a single month of your chosen subscription at the standard monthly rate, with no commitment to continue. It is the best way to see the finished product before signing up for a full subscription.
Can I use these as a paid digital product?
Absolutely. Many of our clients sell their formatted recipe collections in their shop or include them as a paid membership perk.
What if I want to update a recipe after it has been formatted?
Recipe subscription clients get updates included as part of their monthly sync. For project-based clients, updated recipes can be reformatted as an add-on.
